In my programme, we got the installation and the first monthly payment at the last week in August so please SAVE money before you arrive to your university because your flights have to be paid for, visa food and the 1st month's rental fee They only released the payment 3 weeks after your arrival which was tough for some persons who didn't have additional money saved
