I though i might return to this race after watching the Marathon finish in Birmingham, this has the be the greatest and closest finish to a Marathon ever, the roar of that crowd was tremendous, such a shame she passed away 2 years later, such a tragic thing to happen such a lovely person and family Comment from : @krank8385 |

I had just decided to watch this event by chance and see if Kerryn McCann had won in front of her home crowd, a fact I had not remembered So glad she did because I only discovered from other comments that she had succumbed to cancer shortly after Life is not fair For somebody, full of life and determination She can rest in peace knowing she gave joy to so many people that day not least her family Comment from : @gyp3xp48 |
