Listen it's hard to actually claim them They give you the run around iv given so much information to them and still haven't gotten my claim It's actually got pretty overwhelming for me

Unclaimed Funds in my state lied to us and refused to send our money Our lawyer helped us to send ALL the paperwork they needed and they lied and pretended they did not get it and sent us empty paperwork They knew we had sent our paper signed by a notary and pretended they did not get it I knew they got it because I tracked my package to them and saw that they got it When I called them they lied even more and said we "did not send sufficient documents" and claimed that there "was only one document in our file" Insurance companies pull similar tricks There is no mention on the web about what to do when Unclaimed Funds lies to you and keeps your money under false pretenses In this case, they were taking advantage of a helpless elderly patient Delaying until death is a scam pulled by insurance companies and I can not believe that Unclaimed Funds would be up to the same tricks From what I can see, they're interested in their own gain and keeping our money for their own selfish purposes There does not seem to be any legal remedy to put them in their places
