Setting up DD with comdata is a massive PITA The terminology used is completely unclear and results in payments being put on the card instead of deposited into your bank account Easily among the worst experiences I've ever had with any financial institution

I’ve had my daughter link the Fintwist card to her Venmo and have her Venmo me the money so i can deposit into my bank account It’s ridiculous, but it was a quick fix This will definitely make me finally put in the direct deposit info for work 😅

I spend thousands of dollars at a time from this card and I cash out several hundreds of dollars on any given day at any ATM without any problems and have been doing so for more than 6 years now so I really don't understand what's with all the negative comments that i'm seeing here when I have literally never encountered any problem whatsoever all the while that I have had my card

So far this is the most garbage scam company The website doesn't work Buttons sometimes show up, sometimes don't And once you've finally somehow gotten all of the buttons to show up it will give you a nice green check to say "Yep thats a real bank account" AND NEVER TRANSFER YOUR MONEY If you want any access to your money in a least the first three weeks of card ownership you are shit out of luck as their poor customer service people have literally no idea what going on No idea I was asked to press button while logged into my account that literally weren't even there So frustrating

Literally these people held $5000 of my money and i have no way transferring it to my chase account! No manual tranfer option not even account and routing number to set up for my chase credit cards to pay them off! Wtf?? Customer service terrible
