He did forget to mention the Belatrix lastrange's vault (even though we don't find out what number it is) it obviously has a number higher than 713 because the defences are even more impressive because even 713 isn't guarded by a dragon

Vault 713 was not the most protected vault in the deathly hallows book Griphook himself said that the protection around that vault was minimal How is vault 713 protected more than the Lestranges vault, which had a dragon and also required a goblin to open it?
