I personally think that Bethesda should have worked on this game but instead they gave it to those people at Obsidian entertainment who made that fail of a game ALPHA PROTOCOLyes it says Bethesda on the cover but they published the gamethey did not work on itand that is why there was so many glitches with the game when it was first released and in this DLC I love FO3 way more because it is made my Bethesdaand there were not as many glitches with itand their DLC's were coo

sorry i wasn't able to get back to you tricky, i was not my computer since i uploaded the video I don't see why it wouldn't be there, maybe you already got it or it dissapears after you deal with the old man if you want it that badly you can always start over ( if you have saved before you started the quest or a previous save before you deal with elijha)
