Look guys, the lag is because i had a dual core 18Ghz processor I have a new computer now so the lag wont be an issue anymore

@OLBproductions The quality of camtasia is perfect It's not the program that is terrible, it's my 5 years old computer If i record the screen without playing black ops, it records on a steady 100 FPS The quality of your video also depends on how you publish it Make it HD!
