My old Laptop which was an HP Pavillion work laptop from 2016 had its fans broken in 2021 due to age and even though it broke It could still run Minecraft with shaders and 10 mods on 15 - 25 FPS My old Laptop was a GOAT Before it permanently broke RIP

I'm curious as to why the $100 PC has a 9th gen i7 which also happens to be a laptop CPU? The i7-9750H was a high performance laptop chip when it came out and it usually was paired with a dedicated GPU in laptops It seems like the IGPU was used intentionally
