i faced scenario 2 and as per RBI policy i didn't pay that money But SBI has charged late payment fee on next billing I sent mail, escalate their higher authority but they are not reversing the late payment fee and it impacted my credit score I registered complain in RBI and waiting for their reply So please help me on this Comment from : @SAMBITPANDA-g4y |
