On my first holiday with my eldest sister and her husband in grand canaries i seen this been done id no money of my own i was 14 i was watching the bloke doing the card trick wit 3 cards andcwas pic the certain card id never seen it be but i was watching how many ppl were passing by paying for about 10 min 8 times out of 10 i got it right only cos the cards he used were folded in the middle and i was only 14 but it was at the beach entrance and i tink he let ppl win 2 get a crowd around i cud see the card cos of the way it was half folded ran over 2 my sister said can i hav 5 euro id some money there but was in the hotel we walked over 2 the beach from the hotel i daid theres a bloke over there fooling everyone and i guessed the rite card nearly every time got it rite 8 times out of 10 ill giv ubthe money straight bk wen we get bk 2 the hoteli was mad 2 get some money out of someone tat was trickling ppl we if they pay for it they deserve wat they get nearly every timei was super nieveagh she took one look at the lads tat were wit ye man doing the 3 card trick Comment from : @iansucco9032

My dad was 18 in 1928 in Manchester, UK He had £5 in his pocket, his holiday pay, and a pair of binoculars to go to the races He got on the racecourse special train On the train he saw, in a compartment, some guys playing, 'Find the Lady' It was 3 cards face down, and you had to find the Queen A guy, obviously he later realised, was a plant, whispered to him, "Look, you can't lose, they're idiots, the Queen has a creased corner!" Oh, that's just brought back so many memories Had an old, inherited, magic set knocking about when I was a kid in the 70s that had included brown plastic walnut shells that looked exactly like that, and a rubber pea, and, with instructions long lost, no one could work out how the trick was supposed to work!
