That’s my huge problem with David Austin roses: huge beautiful blooms on very thin canes/branches They always drooping brI got rid of all of them

Beautiful ❤ Princess Charlene is my favorite I agree with no spray You can't get lady bugs if you don't have any aphids Last year I got rose weevils and it was pretty disgusting Hopefully this year is better 😂

Silica fertilizer is quite cheap and makes the plant cell walls thicker and stronger to resist disease like molds and piercing insects which is great Also the type of nitrogen in the fertilizer you give can either give soft thin leaves or thick hard leaves Urea and ammonia nitrogen is the soft leaf, and nitrate like calcium magnesium potassium phosphorus nitrate are the good kind to get Pretty simple but overall the effects add up and can help a lot when you have lots of plants No pesticide option for helping when you already fertilize anyways Also means the flowers stay food safe for yourself or pets if you have pets that eat them

My Summer Romance is also a very hard worker I planted it last July (not even one year old) and already she is about 4x4 and dripping with blooms Also the first to bloom this 2023 season I love her!!!
