The data is likely wrong, when you search for these conversions you will see the Google converter appear first which leads to a 0 click search in probably 99 of cases Ahrefs/SimilarWeb and Semrush are not good at all when comes to estimating the traffic for these converters Additionally these estimates do not account for the 30 of these visitors are using an adblockerbrbrAlso the CPM is likely low because people who go on converter sites are usually not going there with an intend to buy something
