I used to have a PayPal account back when you just loaded money on and used it One day I logged into it after having not used it for years and had a negative balance of $3000 I was like how can I have a negative balance I’ve never applied for any line of credit from PayPal After repeatedly having my fraud claim denied I went to the police who helped me get it accepted and the minute my balance was back to 0 I closed that account for good,
