Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 s58 says recoverable summarily as a civil debt only brbrThe County Courts Act 1984 does not have the jurisidction for enforcement because it says s16 EXCEPT shall only be recoverable summarily

So how would you go about doing this? I dont mind the water and sewage charge as we actially use tap water, but apart from bin collection council doesnt do much for us, even the bin collection is lacking, 1 big bin to serve 6 closies each with 6 houses, they come 1 time per week sometimes its 2 weeks before they come out
