I have a 2013 Fort McHenry that I consider in very good shape What are some of the flaws that lower the grade Obviously, wear and scratches on them Mine has one scratch on the obverse side , but other than that it's pretty flawless Would the one small scratch deflate the value a lot?

None of those quarters is worth anything remotely close to what he is stating even the pcs higher graded ones Too many were minted and they aren’t pure silver Folks cash them in and move on Keep one of each in a folder for nostalgia but simply put they are mostly worthless numismatics Coin collecting 101, never collect mass produced coins unless they have errors and expect significant value

Hello, In the Quarter bank roll I find a look like uncirculated 1999-P NEW JERSEY QUARTER on rim of the quarter there are no copper line at all, not even a little copper spot around the hold quarter rim it look all Steel So Do I have a rare error Quarter?
