Phil I have 2 question First, can I combine med ball exercises with bands? For example a banded chest pass Is that going to increase power? And second, I am have 3 full body lifting sessions a week, Monday, Wednesday, Friday Can I do some med ball exercises, some plyometrics and some cardio on rest days or is that too much?
