The only benefit is to donors I'm going to spend several months applying and pay a couple grand for 501c3 status, making sure that less than half the board is family Only to beg for a salary and be in fear of myself being fired and my family removed from the board Before I'm fired I will ve held accountable for any 501c3 violations Sounds perfect There must be a video that shows how all these people are making money with non profits

Hi Amber!brI have over 25 kids that I coach and train But now I am interested in doing so full time as they have requested such Would it be more beneficial if I had a LLC or perhaps a 501c to enhance the capabilities of my profits, equipment, and space/gym? So if you start your own non profitin order to be paid (after first acquiring your board members—who are volunteers and will make all the decisions about your non-profit)you need to make sure you have a harmonious relationship with thembecause they are going to be deciding if they want to hire you and how much they want to pay you? Not confusing at all ! ! I’d really like to say your video is of value to a lay-personbut it does a poor job of making clear how this works
