What's the point ? Dire Straits BIA was recorded digitally at 441khz, 16bit (aka Redbook audio) so there is no possible improvement to the early 80s CDs from vinyl possible All you will get is shortened tracks on the vinyl and more distorted and noisy audio caused by the format

I've got a dub onto a C60 that I think one of my dad's mates did for him at the time The songs are the CD/Tape versions, but curiously, side A finishes with The Man's Too Strong and Side B picks up with Why Worry and continues with Side B (missing out TMTS) and finishing with a reprise of Walk Of Life I assume whoever taped it must have done from CD and resequenced the tracks It certainly doesn't sound that bad for a second-generation, nearly 40 year old tape
