It dawned on me, how much, if at all is Gestalt used in the counselling of children/adolescents We used aspects of Gestalt in my time working one to one in drug and alcohol treatment I found it very effective in certain moments Addicts by their very nature and stagnation are like kids, I went on to counsel kids after! And I'm an ex drug addict so I don't mean my comments disparagingly!
