I had a great stay at Henry IV Hotel Even though the google earth shows a very busy area This hotel was quiet and windows sheltered sound It is in the Latin Quarter, one block away from Notre Dame and Metro It was affordable but had this mode of gentle luxury Yes, rooms are smaller in Europe, that is normative

Interesting as this is the prices, at least in 07/23 are significantly out of date I was looking about 45 days out and prices at several of these hotels were double the prices stated E150-170 is affordable, E330-370 less so
