It makes Zero sense to raise the BET and say "I have a FULL HOUSE", because your opponent will probably fold and not make the call so you get less money out of him so of course he is lying !!! brHe doesnt have a full house In fact logically it means he is bluffing so its not a smart idea to say "oh i got a full house"
