I am so glad I found this! I have always wanted to be a TA since I was very young I am "qualified" with a degree of TA but no one is interested when I have applied over the years but I have been offered an interview as a TA and also Lunch supervisor next week so I am working so hard to get this job because it has always been my dream and when I watched everyone's comments it has made me feel more confident especially since so many people were offered their jobs from after watching this so just thank you :)

Richard, I have tried all sorts of Jobs, have purchased a few of your various different guides, have increased my LinkedIn Network and Contacts - but unfortunately as I keep getting closer I do not appear to be getting the Jobs despite getting Endorsements from prospective employers I recently discovered this is because I am a self diagnosed Neurodivergent Autistic, have in last few months built up my SEND Network aswell as Support Network and have had another oppurtunity come my way in the form a SEN Teaching Assistant (Special Education Needs) This is all or nothing, Recruitment Consultant is impressed by my background, just reached 20 years in the Civil Service on Friday

I didn't do this because i just wanted to, i just realised that i am a teacher(assistent)brit isn't even my branche, I'm an it guy but I just love to bring that practical knowledge over to people and get them curious about the subject at hand, because that's when passion really starts to grow br*that got me in, at least that's what my supervisor said
