The only problem I have is all think officers don't do anything for them they don't arrest them but if officers arrested everyone off them they wouldn't have room in jails for hard criminals and do they really think being arrested is going to make them stop when most that go to rehab use soon as they get out Drug addiction is also having a terrible toll on our healthcare system to the point insurance companies raise rates on non addicts just to cover costs of addicts all while charging cancer and chronically ill people make the choice to afford medications or hospital visits to having basic needs just to live Comment from : AG C
