An easy way if you have the magic spell telekinetic get wine of zamarok and if you have an inventory full you get 125k from the grand exchange and it will take you about 10 minutes

If you have lvl 33 magic, zamorak wines can give you about 110K (8/12/2013) per inventory Just tele-grab the wine and sell it afterwards
