Thar green powder on copper coin is disease of copper like rust on iron That disease is difficult to remove cause it damages coins so deeply but we can preserve it after cleaning we can keep it in olive oil or some other oil

if you want to clean your own coins easily, try BAM Easy Off (soap scum) it sounds weird but works wonders just scrub with an old toothbrush :)
