I live in Louisiana, kinda in the middle of Baton Rouge and New Orleans (Prairieville) How the narrator described New Orleans is spot on It seems like after hurricane Katrina in 2005, New Orleans went downhill Baton Rouge too (I have family both in Baton Rouge, and New Orleans) Both cities are full of crime, corrupt police, and broken down houses, and/or business buildings I hear sirens just about everyday
