The krugs are a beautiful coin, i have 2 of them, a buffalo and a couple half oz eagles, the krugs are my favorite though, sentimental reasons, but the buffalo is a beautiful coin, i enjoy handling my coins, i dont care much for the numismatic value, my stack is a hedge plain and simple, and ill never sell it off for fiat congrats on the addition

The red spots , marks on gold coins are usually the copper content that has oxidised There are youtube videos showing how to get rid of them I have one gold coin which is in a plastic bag that I have never taken out before, has a red mark on the back

Do ring test! Best way to test gold to be sure Theres perfect looking fakes out there, never seen one with a off looking color spot My father bought 8 of them one was fake only the ring test properly showed it for what it is

be careful with Krugerrand some of them coming in from china that are made of tungsten that are the exact same dimensions and same weight you need to do the ring test on it the tungsten ones have a dud ring to them youtube/Ms1wLv8Pzdk

I kinda like the way that krugerrand looks It has character Nice pick up It’s definitely addictive I’m having to take a break from it for a bit I accumulated a LOT in the last three months Unfortunately I picked up a monster box of ase when silver was at 186$ Luckily, I got more at the lower levels But, indeed, time to breath Hahaha I’ll get bullish again next year
