Have you tried 25 or 35? I'm wondering bc I heard the 0 are warm toned and 5 are cool toned and as a fellow blonde I love cooler shades for sure! I just got the UD pen in cool cookie and love the shade It's a hair dark but better than red brows lol Comment from : @DanielleNicoleMakeup |
