If you can afford them JL Audio and DD Audio make the finest of Subwoofers DD Audio has recently introduced the "Red" series of subwoofers - entry level I also do like Rockford Fosgate and JBL eqpt finding their subwoofers are more "musical" in nature than all out crazy bass for like competitions BUT best price to performance in my book is Savard Audio when it comes to subwoofers You won't be disappointed and neither will your wallet with all of their offerings

Only newer rockford fosgate subs worth getting is anything in the T series The rest is garbage All the other subs separate at the surround after a year or two
