Hi I am in the middle of that confusing situation now I refunded my son's blocked account from Coracle on Dec 1, 2022 Coracle sent the money on Dec 21, 2022 and my bank (BNI - an Indonesian bank) received the money on Dec 23, 2022 BNI said they needed verification on the transaction from the sender Since they didn't receive any response, they returned the money on Jan 9, 2023 Unfortunately until Jan 19, 2023 (last time my son called Coracle) Coracle still does not receive the money How can I trace the money? Really need help if somebody can comment and help me! I worked for a company on the USA and I live outside of usa so they always did my payments via international wire transfer to my bank Thing is They always did it to my moms accountbut the last payment is now lost Its been 30 days and my bank tells me the wire has not arrived while the company says it was sent Im trying to find out what happened but my bank keeps telling me they havent received anything!!!!!! And wire was not even rejected!! Its somehow still there on the net I need an expert to help me even if I have to pay him to see if my bank can find that wiretransfer or rejected it so they can send again or something!
