Cointreau is a delightful liqueur but your video was not clear You suspended the whole oranges above the alcohol How did the alcohol extract the oils from the skin of the oil? I have made a version of Cointreau using the zest of oranges and letting the zest sit in the alcohol for about 4 weeks
