Went ahead and pulled the trigger on one! Have you gon through the drop at People's Pond with yours? My only fear is getting 'OTB' with small rapids Only ever done kayaks for that How stable is it with the anchor dropped?

I have the same boat The rust is coming from the inside of the metal tubes When I unboxed my boat rust pored out of some of the tubes They were rusting even before I assembled it

I live in CT, also keep mine in my garage, it’s two years old, and I have no rust My biggest thing after a year is the oar stops slide pretty far

I bought a Colorado at you recommendation and have been loving it (aside from the same minor issue with screws and rust) brbrQuestions for you: have you been able to fish from the boat on a river? I was thinking of getting some fins to help keep the boat oriented toward the bank so I can get in on some of the local skwala action, but wasn’t sure how difficult that’d be on a river like the Yakima?

I've had a Colorado for a few years now I just hit it with anti-rust spray in the fall when I put it away for the season I started with the Roanoke, and while it's worn out, it lasted several seasons before I needed to upgrade

Kewl review, Dan I picked up one of these a couple of seasons ago, assuming one of my fishing buddies would also get one So basically it's been a garage anchor since it's maiden voyage, but I'm hoping this year it gets out One thing I didn't anticipate was that a person needs a good place (eg reasonably flat to the truck, etc) to take out without deflating and disassembly Oh well, lesson learned Fish on !
