Sir I have questions i have loan from IOBank in 2018 in construction based and at that time I have MCLR base rate , but i did not convert in Repo rate , as now my MCLR is 775 in March 23 is I have to convert inbr RLLR or NOT , can bank charge penalty on us due to not convert ?
