 Great review! I also love purple things, and have a purple Wycliffe set myself! I love the swirl checkers you picked! I also just got the Magriel book as it was suggested as a great starting point, sounds like you and I may be in a similar position on our journeys brbrI ended up ordering a mini blackhawk for my backpack setup and I love it! One of my red checkers does also have a minor seam, and one of my orange checkers has a tiny bubble in it, but otherwise they are perfect! Keep up the great review content!

 FM Gammon makes beautiful boards MDF and PVC are less dense than the solid wood ones so they are lighter in weight Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think the Nature boards use the Mag Fit technology (one of my favorite things about FM Gammon boards)

 I have a FM Nature Board (same size & design) I really like the board & for the price think it's good value It has a few deficiencies including: I've had to reemoxy many of the joints & put wood screws in the hindges because they are nailed & started pulling out Additionally I needed to glue the "leatherette" covers because they pulled away A friend from the Sunny Florida Backgammon Club who I play with has a similar board with difference colors but same construction had the same issues that I fixed for him I added latched to mine because the small magnets were not holding it closed I love the size surface & wooded frame bumpers and for the price have not seen anything I like better I like your case how much was it & is it available "alacarte"? Great channel!
