This version is good, but a little sweet for me I like 2oz of gin with both a half oz of lemon and triple sec I feel like most drinks in this era would have been quite stiff anyway Even if the idea of the egg white puts you off, I highly recommend trying it

Gotta admit,brI was hesitant to try this one because the egg white puts me off But after trying it, I think I could grow to enjoy the texture I don't get a creamcicle taste, but think a Chambord version would be good instead of using Cointreau

The recipe I've tried turned out a bit harsh for my taste, since it was 2 oz Gin and 2/3 oz each of the Cointreau and lemon juice I thought I'd fix that with a barspoon of simple syrup, but first I think I'll try your version which is more balanced Thanks!
