Sorry to be that guy, but a fillet steak should be rare or medium rare at most I know it's the person's choice, but different cuts give back to you what you put in a ribeye is better medium for example; there's more fat to render out etc You put salt on fair play, but i tend to season mine with salt and pepper after resting for 5 minutes on a rack under some foil Some people like garlic powder as well (or 'steak seasoning' which is like mixed spice)brbrAnyway regarding M&S - there's a lady who picks up all the day's expired food from M&S and gives it to the patrons of our local pub A lot of them couldn't afford to shop there normally (including myself, but i do grab yellow sticker stuff occasionally if it's heavily discounted)

I have to admit that when I go M&S I usually tend to go for the deals or yellow sticker items If you were to go to M&S and buy lets say a prawn sandwich (they label it as their "best ever") it will cost you £400 (from a London store) For me who earns a decent salary, it is still a crazy price to pay for a sandwich Overall what makes this a total no go is the fact that all other shops have meal deals usually at £300 that give you a snack and drink and the sandwiches are pretty good too

You can get fillet steak for 4 pounds in lidl, they're really good Cooked medium rare, it's fantastic, genuinely melts in your mouthbrbrThe fact that that fillet steak broke in half is a bit weird, it should just be one circle

This is how I live normally due to working at m&s The best time to buy the reduce stuff is normally 8pm ish because it in its final reduction watch makes a £7 stake a 70p stake

If you visit certain super markets are specific times of the day you can see them applying the yellow stickers can get some excellent stuff for very little I have a relative that goes there and buys these huge steaks and other various other large quantities of meat for very little
