My average typing speed can go from between 80-120 wpm I can type fast, and don't really look at my keyboard But should i still go back to stage one? I use my pinky when typing on my left hand only for clicking shift, and for my right hand i only use my pinky for clicking stuff like parentheses

Amazing overview for the main websites that can help with improving your typing speed! I'm currently 2 weeks in for learning the Dvorak layout, and I've already reached 60 wpm with monkeytype and nitro type, but I'll need to work on my accuracy, so thanks for suggesting 10fastfingers for me! I'm sure it'll be a huge help

If you want to improve your speed not only for typing games but for work, I highly recommend to switch on punctuation and capitalisation on those sites as soon as you have the letters down (maybe at about 30 wpm) The bragging high-scores you see all the time are not realistic at all

Mark Bacon what is a real touch typing website because in monkey type I get like a 52 wpm and in type rush I get 78 wpm and my accuracy and speed are the same and in type rush I get like 75 accuracy and monkey type I get like an 86 And in keybr I get like a 63 wpm and like 80 accuracy So wich one is real

10 fast fingers seems to be working for me but at the moment I am still on 33WPM on an 87 accuracy , so I am still getting into this whole touch typing , I just need to find a rhythm with my fingers any suggestion on how to work on rhythm and also making your typing catch up to ones reading as I can read really fast but type waaaaay way slower lol

What always is a must is to teach your right hand what your left hand is doing and to teach your left hand what your right hand is doing try practicing for 10 minutes a day and see how much of a huge difference that makes and that applies to everything always teacher opposite hand to do what the other hand is doing whether it be basketball dribbling piano Etc

I've been typing since a few days (15 days to be precise), and have reached an average of 35 wpm in normal-short words mode and 31 wpm in top 1000 words (With few Capitalized words in between) so far, from 18 wpm According to you what should be my best bet to quickly reach to at least 60 wpm in another 3 or 4 weeks I tend to have some problems with the ring and pinky fingers with both the hands and seem to get frozen on using the following letters housed in other rows or fingers immediately afterwards I've used Typing Master software and 10 fast fingers I usually take short sessions of half an hour, multiple times a day, whenever there's a chance, to break the monotony and keep up the concentration to optimal level Should I change the methods or anything?
