I am a native of Nevada so I would love to have one of those Nevada silver rounds! That image on the obverse is the "original" state seal of Nevada with the smoke plumes going in opposite directions The seal was changed in the 1920's so that both smoke plumes float off in the same direction - rare to see the original Nevada state seal Great old piece!
