The Pitts S1 is an iconic acrobatic plane and I would love one, but quite a noticeable difference in fuel consumption between it and the Steam Skybolt and Acrosport which might tip the scale in their favour

The Pitts S1S rolls at 180 degrees per second, the S1T comes with symmetrical ailerons rolls 270 per second , and the 2 passenger 6cyl Pitts S2B rolls 240 per second Certainly NOT 400 per second !
