I been putting off a divorce for 4 years because i cant afford a attorney My father gave us his business before he died and I knew he was shady with money so uts only in his name He drained the business and started a business in his new girlfriends name He drives her business trucks everyday as hus personal vehicle He bought the kids clothes with his girlfriends jcpennys card and she only cuts him a little bit here and there He let us go without utilities and won't pay all his support When it's only based off him Making 1550 a hour and he really makes at least 40/hr I would actually be happy if he would just pay the amount he is supposed to Anything helps But it sucks my kids could have such a easy life if he paid his fair share I barely can pay our bills let along pay for an attorney While he's living g it up Taking vacations doing anything and everything he wants What's such worst is he broke his feet a month after my father died and I kept the business going for 6 to 7 months was gone everyday from 7am to 10pm and as soon as he could walk he left 8 months after my father passed I tried paying the utilities with his card like we always do and they where in his name and he called his card in stolen and said it was fraud Like someone fraud ed your account to pay your bills And he left us with over 5k in bills I eventually got caught up on my own but keep falling behind Parents need to help more I would be doing great too if I didn't need so much room for our 4 kids and live in a decent area which cost more

How are assets and income not known and not reported here in the states where it is tied through a foreign passport not known by the wife? How they enforce that? Women that pretend to marry for love and file for divorce, do not deserve a penny, that is why renting is better than buying Because after a divorce it will feel good to have a betraying wife have to pay rent after she divorces her husband I would move out of country before giving a penny to a woman without rights

What if you don't know anything financial because your husband is very secretive and hides everything? I don't know what is in his pension I don't know his salary income I don't know his 401k I don't know if he has stocks He locks everything up and claims its none of my business He's hiding assets as well He has mental problems and may get fired from work What happens if he gets fired after divorce? He also had a heart attack last year What happens if he passes away after divorce? He tried to change his will as well 30+ year marriage with a daughter who has down syndrome I am a stay at home parent

I am dealing a Divorce now We have joint bank accounts together during our 12 yrs of marriage, which my husband took all the money in it & put it on his own personal account that I never even aware of I got all the proofs of these bank transactions which he transfer it periodically to his personal account He absolutely hiding this behind my back I didn't noticed it not one bit until I checked the balance in our joint saving & checking account Do you think the judge will order him to put those money back half of it to me ?
