Great video As someone whos been running an apparel brand for 8 years no id advise people not to forget about the impact your business decisions make on other people Its very easy to make strong profit margins on apparel if you are buying from south east asian factories Bulk buying can be as little as 2 or 3 dollars per shirt This is great for your own personal profit but dont forget, when you buy blanks at this price, almost certainly you are supporting sweatshops which utilise child labour while also having no regard for environmental damage Just something to think about it There are lots of production factories out there that follow UN guidelines on safe and healthy working environments which pay their staff well and dont use child labour They also wont absorb too much of your profict margin

You just did gross margins, not net marginsbrat gross margins, 70 would be more economical, you have fix expenses that you cannot control or bring down, these usually would be 50 of the 70 you havebryour number of 10-15 that is netbrI would have said to focus on gross margins and not net margins, this way you can attempt your best to run as lean as possible brI would also recommend, that the net margins should be after you take your income out of the business, as a viable business still needs a stockpile of money anything less than 15 net after owners have taken income as well is not a viable business
