I don’t understand how the bank will give you $275000 equity rather bank will give you the difference between the amount you owe to bank of you want to pay off the loan In other words you bought the house for $250000 right and you paid $50000 down so you still owe to bank $200000 so far with me and now you went to bank and apply for home equity as per your number for $275000 so your equity is $75000 and bank will pay you 90 percent of $75000 Thousand approx $67000 I m sorry to say bank will not give you another $275000 on the same property which you still owe $200000 Pls let me know if I m wrong in any way Comment from : @kjan120 |

This is awesome I got u and all the way down to the end so my question is during the 5 years of the 52,500 to pay off from the heloc Aren’t u also paying back at a monthly rate with that interest the other time ? If u did not sell the house in 5 yrs time when would the heloc been paid off at And what is the term loan amount in years ? Wait a minute So basically after 18months you get another 52k credit card/Heloc to pay off the 52k credit card accomplishing absolutely nothing You still have a 52k credit card, nothing changed Now you have 2 loans on that property instead of 1, and because of that you may now make little to no monthly rental income after having to pay for 2 loans and Maintenance as well as all the other costs with rental property Not to mention the additional fees you had to pay to get a credit card to pay off a credit card Comment from : @chrisbrooks4885 |
