Maybe worth mentioning that the extremely short keys on the Privias make their action pretty much unplayable crap Unless you only want to noodle simple pop chords in the front of the keys But that is not really learning to play the piano Comment from : @argi0774 |

Is this couple doing sign language? Comment from : @simonbrown7501 |

Would you say the p145 will take a player to pro status? Meaning the p145 is capable of taking their piano skills from biginner to professional pianist?brIf not, will it at least take them through the intermediate phase???? Comment from : @BestTrader-hp2sd |
I was hoping to find out more about the positioning of the speakers on all of them as I have carpets so downwards facing speakers not ideal as in the rear facing speakers which could bounce off the wall Comment from : @stephen-369 |

I'm genuinely interested in your own brand keyboard, but as I live in the UK how would I deal with any warranty issues? I'm guessing they don't go faulty very often? I can't find a UK supplier sadly Thanks Comment from : @mancbiker17 |
Some of the premium keyboards here are almost $3K I would rather get the 88 key Roland Juno D 88 or RD 88 EX for $1300brbrBut, I don't need an 88 weighted keyboard urgently But I do plan to get a Go:Keys 5 I already have an original Go:Keys and Casio CT-S1 which are great, as well as my JD-Xi synth The Yamaha CK61/88 are incredible, too Comment from : @jjacob25101 |

Surely you mean digital pianos Calling these keyboards will only confuse people 88 weighted keys is a digital piano Comment from : @mydogeatspuke |
As someone who sells keyboards for a living I have a few thoughts I think if we are talking about entry-level keyboards with all of the qualifiers you mentioned (88 key, weighted, velocity sensitive) it seems like possibly an omission to sell your own keyboard by excluding lower priced options such as the Yamaha P-45 and Casio CDP-S160 which both come in at $399 and offer the same features as that P-145 you did talk about On the midi keyboards, almost any digital keyboard doubles as a midi controller these days so long as it has a USB to host output However if we are talking about just a midi only controller, I am a big fan of the Nektar line, which come with full DAW mapping right out of the gate for many of the most commonly used DAWs, meaning you plug in and there is no configuration in the settings, the controller does what you want it to do immediately My favorite premium keyboard is the Yamaha PS-500 as it has stream keys which I have not discovered on any other model that really helps beginners learn piano in a new way Comment from : @gavinkidder1317 |
Why do these videos never feature kawai? Comment from : @mikergage |

I have a Yamaha DGX670 It has so meny features that I don't really need, however the mane reason why I chose it is because it plays, and sounds amazing especially for the price🦊🎹🎶 Comment from : @MERCEDES-BENZS600GUARD_V12 |

I’ve never heard anyone say the Yamaha is the heaviest feel Roland is definitely wayyyy heavier feel Yamaha feels more like an upright and Roland more like a grand Roland was too heavy for me It’s all personal Comment from : @musan081 |

I've been considering a Go:Keys 5 for some time but been deterred by potential speaker volume issues Can it produce music loud enough to compete with other instruments, such as flutes and violins? Comment from : @gilledwards9302 |
I personally went with the Yamaha P71 as my first keyboard It has all the features you need: Weighted Keys, a pedel, good speakers, simple design, mulitple instrument options, and it is just plug and play And at just $399 it is also one of the cheapest options out there for a full 88 key keyboard If you are just learning to play and and do not want to break the bank, it is great option Comment from : @TheDainerss |
What about a soft felted sound? Do I go Nord? Comment from : @andrewlarking7492 |

My beginner was a pipe organ in church along with the upright Like many kids in the late 60s/early 70s, I played at church and school Now I play a Roland Fantom for live performances Comment from : @jimwoodard64 |
I think the Keylab 88 Mk II is a pro keyboard It's complex and comes with a lot of sounds connected by a computer I got rid of mine as I found the keyboard stodgy and hard work, for my fussy fingers Other's will disagree Comment from : @Notmehimorthem |
For children, speaking as a pianist, its the FP10 everytime Limiting the amount of sounds is a GOOD thing because it focusses on the sounds the pianist will play Novelty sounds distract The Roland is a proper piano It feels right to the touch and can be played for hours Not very keen on Go keys it plays like a toy The bluetooth means you can use backing tracks on the phone Comment from : @Notmehimorthem |
The GoKeys are amazing portables Other pianos to consider: P225, FP-30X, P525, PX-S5000/6000 I have P515 in white, with stand and pedals and its amazing! Comment from : @sonic2000gr |

Do you have any recommendations for piano sound modules so I can take advantage of my midi controller without turning on my computer, anything 1u rack mounted or desktop Comment from : @Andrew-rz7qt |

I challenge you to play stride with only 61 keys 🫵🏼 Comment from : @5w4nd170 |
I'd honestly say the lack of functionality can be a big positive for a true beginner I have a ton of synths but they're intimidating to my kiddo Picked up a P45 (similar to the P145) over the holidays and she's been playing it almost dailybrbrIt's got some extra functionality but on the surface it's just power and volume Nothing to distract from just playing Comment from : @ClifBratcher |
Has anybody here purchased the prima? If so, what are your thoughts? Comment from : @ellenshepard2351 |

Arturia Keylab 88 MkII uses the Fatar TP100LR keybed Price around 1000usd Studiologic sl88 studio uses the same keybed at under half the price And if you want an even more realistic feel go for Studiologic sl88 Grand using Fatar TP40Wood big upgrade, still cheaper than the Arturia Also Studiologic is made by Fatar Comment from : @soeren72 |
