I have inherited a table that is very old It is a four piece Someone carved underneath the cabinet “first modification feb 13, 1847” The guy who took it apart so I could transport it thinks it’s one of the first Brunswicks It is a beautiful table It also has writing on one of the slate pieces that it was in a steam fire engine hall in Pennsylvania at one point No date on that one

I couldn’t feel the holes you referenced in the video However, I “think” I may feel an edge that could be a piece of slate Would you know if “Legacy” is a brand name that makes 3piece slate tables? We need to move the table, but the movers will only move the table if slate comes in three pieces Any thoughts would be very much appreciated

Hi Brian I bought a brand new Kasson Vermilion pool table back in 1987 Still in perfect condition and I would love to sell it Could you tell me if it's a three piece slate pool table or one piece? I understand that a one piece slate pool table is not as desirable to sell and expensive to move I think I felt a seam or two but not sure Looked on the Internet and no mention of number of slates used in Kasson's pool tables Any information you provide would be most appreciated as I am selling my home and downsizing My buyer wants the pool table removed from the house Thanks If I could give it away I would be happy
