When I was in 6th grade I ran my first marathon In 7th I ran my 2nd and in 8th I ran my 3rd (probably final) marathon My times were not that great but I finished so ya 👍

Congratulations! My sister was training for Ironman and had to qualify for Boston by coming in at 4 hrs Closest she achieved was 4:11 brShe really suffered from after effects Check it out for yourself, but I was using magnesium chloride externally for muscles etc (I have 3 compressed lumbar discs so I hurt really badly some days ) I couldn’t take watching her since with every movement so I made her put liquid magnesium chloride mixed 50/50 with water, you can dilute it a bit more if needed We rubbed it into her back, shoulders, she did her chest and abs, front of legs, I did the back 30 min later they were leaving She walked over the door sill, walked to their big Ford truck and climbed in The previous year she had stepped backwards over the sill and her hubby lifted her into the truckbrHope that helps Like I said, check it out for yourself :) brCongratulations on how you did for the Marathon No shame in it, at all You finished!

You wanna talk rough, my first marathon i thought i was smart and parked my car by starting line thinking the start and finish line were the same place (thats how all my 5ks and half marathons have been) the finish line was 15 miles away 😱😱
