Holy cow this worked I died, ran out of stallions, and drove a new one up to the roof, all on the same run It appears that as long as you don't start a different mission, or load a save, you can keep parking a stallion in that spot to restart the mission Take notes lol it's worth it

Yeah I got to 8 seconds and that was it it got way to hardbrbr* update moved the cones and got up to 10 seconds could probably do 11 seconds I’m at 138m but I can see that if I would have done it right from the beginning I could have maxed it out at 12 MOVE THE CONES!
