I was a deli team lead I hated it , I was a general manager at dominos before that , I’m going back to Walmart as cashier I think , it sounds boring but it does sound nice to me to clock in work and clock out without stressing all shift cause as a manager you’re responsible not only for yourself but others and coach’s always target team leads I was hired on as a team lead so I had to learn associate work and team lead stuff at the same time , and at that time before their remodel deli had the 97 wall which was lunch meat hot dogs sausages lunchables etc under me and technically bakery was under me too I loved certain things about Walmart like an hour lunch , we didn’t have lunch breaks at dominos we ate when we could which was rare during rush shift

I'm also a walmart cashier almost there for 2 years and I'm going into the military right after being a walmart cashier is ok but I have bad days sometimes and it's not enough to make ends meet before walmart I was cleaning toilets for 5 years

Cannot be worse than my experience at Little Caesars in White Lake Michigan I get to walk past a sign saying we are hiring at $15 hourly, and work in understaffed conditions (among other things) making less than $15 hourly

Retail employee here from europe, I will say your lunchroom is large and the store looks clean overall unlike at my workplace toilets barely even get cleaned If your feet hurt at the checkout you should start exercising or stretching more, that helped for me
