It took me 30 mins to research on the Internet to track this book down What an absolute waste of time!! This gentleman needs to get back to basics with using his commonsense & addressing the most simple & obvious questions such as what is the title of this book & who is the author I even looked up the Amazon links Guess what? The big problem for me is that i never memorized the multiplication table and can't proceed until i've done that, OCD i guess, i just get the constant feeling i'm not "ready" for the other parts until i'm able to do arithmetic in my head quickly
