I don't have any 2021 or 2024, but I do own 34 of the 2023 I bought 14 of the peace philly cac graded first day of issue MS70 for $68 each This is cheaper than the issue price and graded I will wait a year and buy the 2024 cheaper At least that's the plan

Daniel I compared the original 1794 flowing hair dollar with 2024 new one On the obverse the star almost touches the 2 but on the original it does not There is more space between the date and the stars John P McGraw was the medallic artist who re-sculpted the 2024 obverse Did anyone notice that also?

Hello Daniel! I too was in that subscription that I forgot about! I ordered a single peace dollar, and nearly sent it back Mine has Liberty with the sand blasted face ( what do you call that?) Anyway, my question is, if I were to hang on to this, what could I expect to sell it for in the future? Is it an investment, or an overpriced piece of silver at spot prices forever?

I agree with everything you say here, Daniel br brI received two 2024 proof Peace Dollars today (in soft outer package) The only reason I received them is that I neglected to cancel the subscription after prior disappointments br brThey appear to be flawless (unlike some of the 2023 and 2022 examples received) but lack 'soul' I prefer the 'Unc' versions so far as they are reminiscent of the original (unobtanium) 'matte proof' Peace Dollars br brNot sure if I'll be returning these, even though they appear to have zero defectsbrbrAt this point I prefer Daniel Carr's efforts, particularly his High Relief Broken Sword replicas

The finish on the these coins is rather bland At least the mint sent out emails saying that the subscription was coming up, I canceled without hesitation The mintages are way too high, the price increase doesn't help either I'd love to see the mint issue a yearly proof set that features historic US coins, maybe a different design for each denomination, such as a large cent, buffalo nickel, seated dime, SLQ, and a capped bust half They could change things up each year, keep it interesting, and not announce the designs they use until they are received

I don’t know about you, but I hope Trump wins this next election and does what Reagan did along with other presidents did and give us a new coin design with real sculptors involved!! It’s been too long for a new design, why are we producing coins from history?? Have we as Americans lost what we were best at?? We always were above other countries when it came to production and innovation!! We need that spirit back!! The Eagle was a great coin, but it’s time for something new and fresh!! A design that the world looks at and says, I want one of those coins!! We want to produce a coin like that!! I was collecting both the Morgan and Peace Dollars in 21 and 23, but I just recently canceled my subscriptions for them due to the mint hiking the pricesbrI personally think that their excuse 🤔 to why they raised their prices by $15 being higher silver prices is a crock of bull 💩 brSilver hasn't gone up that much since last year 🙄 brMaybe it's because they are actually putting the coins in decent packaging brHeck, give me the crappy packaging, and don't rip people off with a coin that's not even a full oz of silver
