So Trump is confused Executive orders are very minimal It doesn't change laws To change laws and funding, he has to work with the Congress and Senate in a bipartisan way Basically, he's re-scheduled things for a short term Mostly, these "orders" ask the experts in the federal government and lawyers to study what if any wiggle room is available Most of them orders take a year or two to go into effect He is opening up the government to be sued Every one of those who did not get due process, or was pull into the sweeps by chance to sue the government for their losses The damaged DEI folks will sue It saves no money It is like writing your orders on thee sand at low tide He is proud of almost nothing Just like last time when he got almost nothing except judges through congress he issued hundreds of executive orders which never went into effect, A lot of the orders are the equivalent of proposed lunch menu's Smoke and mirrors Starting with exec orders is an error, he should have started with congress, Judges need no excuse to block an executive order It's much more difficult to reverse or hold a law passed by congress He feels powerful but like all of Biden's orders reversed, Trumps will be to And there willl be billion$ in lawsuits Especially by foreign governments
